Services and prices
The services, what each includes and the prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. The price on the invoice is final.
How ordering works
- You send a request through the website or by email.
- We confirm the scope in writing: website, market, language, competitors.
- We send an invoice. Paying it means you accept these terms.
- We start work after payment.
Delivery
All work is delivered electronically, by email: reports, raw AI answers and fix lists. Nothing is shipped physically. The one-off GEO audit is delivered within 7 business days after payment. Monthly reports are delivered once a month.
Refunds
- GEO audit. Full refund if you ask before we deliver it. If we miss the 7 business day delivery time, you can ask for a full refund even after delivery.
- Monthly GEO and white-label. Cancel any time by email; you will not be billed for the next month. The current paid month is not refunded once that month's measurement has started.
- Refunds go back to the same payment method within 14 days of your request.
What we do not promise
AI engines decide on their own what to name and cite, and their answers change between runs. We do not guarantee that any AI engine will mention you. We guarantee the measurement, the raw answers and the agreed work.
